2. What we collect

This site is built on the principle of data minimisation.

  • Server logs: on visit we briefly store technical data (anonymised IP, user agent, referrer, timestamp, URL). Retention max 30 days, purpose: security + diagnostics. Legal basis Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
  • Audit tool: the URL you submit is forwarded to our Cloudflare Worker for analysis. The URL is not persisted, the result is not logged.
  • Contact form: name, email, company (optional), subject, message. Stored in Cloudflare KV (EU region) for 90 days, then automatically deleted. Legal basis Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contract).
  • Cookies: this site sets no cookies and no tracking. No analytics, no pixels, no banner.

3. Hosting

This site is delivered via Cloudflare Pages and R2 (EU region Frankfurt). A data processing agreement with Cloudflare under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Cloudflare has matched 100 % of its power use with renewables since 2022.

4. Fonts and external resources

All fonts (Dystopian, Crimson Pro, Inter) are self-hosted. No data is exchanged with Google Fonts or similar CDN services (Munich Regional Court I, judgment 20 January 2022).

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16)
  • Erasure (Art. 17)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
  • Object to processing (Art. 21)
  • Data portability (Art. 20)
  • File a complaint with the supervisory authority (Bavarian Data Protection Authority, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach)

6. Data security

The site runs over HTTPS only (TLS 1.3). Contact form data is transmitted encrypted and stored in Cloudflare KV with restricted access.

7. Email service (Resend)

For replies to contact enquiries we use the Resend email service (Resend, Inc., USA). Data transfer is covered by EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
